1. Centering and Grounding (5 Minutes) Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your lungs expand. Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension. Repeat this three times.
Visualize roots growing from the base of your spine or the soles of your feet, traveling deep into the Earth’s core. Feel the grounding energy of the Earth stabilize you. Imagine a golden light flowing up through these roots into your body, anchoring you in the present moment.
Affirmation: “I am grounded, centered, and open to the wisdom of the universe.”
2. Expanding Awareness (5 Minutes) Shift your attention to the top of your head, your crown chakra. Imagine a brilliant, radiant white light gently opening this energy center, like a lotus flower blossoming. Feel the light connecting you to the universe.
As the light flows down through your body, visualize it opening each of your chakras - third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root - aligning and energizing them. With each inhale, feel your energy expanding; with each exhale, release limiting beliefs and doubts.
Affirmation: “I am connected to the universal source of knowledge and love.”
3. Activating Intuition (5-10 Minutes) Now, focus on your third eye, located between your eyebrows. Visualize a deep indigo light swirling there. See this light becoming brighter and stronger with each breath.
Imagine this light as a gateway to your intuition and psychic abilities. Silently ask your third eye to show you your inner wisdom. You might see colors, symbols, or images, or simply feel sensations. Allow whatever comes to flow without judgment.
Affirmation: “I trust the messages I receive. My intuition is clear and powerful.”
4. Strengthening Connection (5 Minutes) Bring your focus to your heart chakra. Visualize a warm green or pink light glowing here. Imagine it pulsing with love and compassion, connecting you to yourself and all of existence.

5. Closing and Grounding (5 Minutes) Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath. Feel the golden light from earlier now cocooning your entire body, sealing the insights and energy you’ve received.
Reconnect with the roots grounding you to the Earth. Thank the universe, your higher self, and any guides that may have supported you during this practice.
Take three deep breaths, wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you’re ready, open your eyes.

Here are my suggestions for learning to sit in the power and develop your psychic abilities.
Find yourself a quite space that you can make sacred for this purpose. You can make your space sacred by developing a regular meditation routine that you maintain exclusively to this location and time.
If you already know how to meditate just maintain an empty awareness in an alpha state of mind for 12 minutes in the morning and 12 minutes later in the day. Learn to avoid fishing for messages or communications, just stay aware for guidance to bubble up.
If you are new to contemplation, I would recommend using the enhanced meditation technology that is available in this day and age. Then practice the same 12 + 12 minutes a day as above.
