Thank you for your interest in participating in my psychic phenomena survey. This research seeks to explore beliefs, experiences, and attitudes related to psychic abilities such as telepathy, precognition, and clairvoyance. Your responses will contribute to a deeper understanding of how we perceive and experience these phenomena and their potential implications for science, culture, and human consciousness.

This survey is designed for both individuals who have experienced psychic phenomena and those who are simply curious or skeptical. There are no right or wrong answers – I am interested in your honest thoughts, experiences, and perspectives.
